This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, stored, used and disclosed by Oregonians Against Hidden Medical Fees (“the Organization”).This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our website (“the Website”), stophiddenmedicalfees.org, or when you otherwise interact with us.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Sites to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

  1. Collection of Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or participating in activities related to our work. The types of information we may collect include:

We do not control the content or links that appear on these third party websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from the Website. These websites and services have our own privacy policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites that have a link to or from Oregonians Against Hidden Medical Fees’ Website, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies. This Privacy Policy covers only information collected through the use of Oregonians Against Hidden Medical Fees’ Website. In addition, we do not currently respond to web browser “do not track” headers.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information.By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Website. If we become aware of having information about anyone under 18, we will promptly delete the information.
